Meet The Team
Ciaran Fitzpatrick
Chief Executive Officer
Co-Founder and Managing Director, Ciaran Fitzpatrick established Fitzpatrick & Heavey Homes having spent his early career working on construction projects across Ireland while also completing a degree in Engineering in 2006. Through forging strong links in the industry Ciaran has since grown Fitzpatrick & Heavey to be a leader in the property development sector.
Michael Heavey
Chairman
Co-Founder Michael Heavey has been involved in Irish entrepreneurship since 1980, with a successful track record of investing across IT, distribution, manufacturing, real estate and construction. Michael also serves on the boards of several companies across Ireland, the UK, Netherlands and Spain.
John Murray
Construction Director
Qualified carpenter John has been involved in large-scale residential developments throughout Ireland since 1995. He manages day-to-day site operations while ensuring quality is maintained to the highest standard and projects are delivered on time.
Stephen Mahon
Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer Stephen Mahon brings extensive experience from the banking and finance sector, with expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and business relationship management. His appointment supports the company’s mission to innovate and expand in real estate development, focusing on creating sustainable, high-quality homes and communities.
Karl Byrne
Architectural & Planning Manager
With over 20 years’ experience in planning, design and house building throughout Ireland, Karl focuses on the technical details of each new development while coordinating various consultants including Architects and Engineers.
Maureen O'Reilly
Financial Controller
Maureen, a member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountants, plays a key role when it comes to ensuring that the accounts of the companies are in order. Working directly with the CFO, she is involved in the day-to-day financial activities of the businesses ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Krzysztof Kleszcz
Land Acquisition
Land Acquisition specialist Krzysztof Kleszcz brings extensive experience in sales administration and technical support from his previous roles at Homescape and ADC Barcode. With strong expertise in customer service, inventory management, and business operations, Krzysztof focuses on identifying and securing strategic development opportunities for Fitzpatrick & Heavey Homes.
Acquisition of our first “Buy, renovate & flip” in Terenure.
We branched into the acquisition of multi-family units, along with further residential projects.
We moved into new home construction with the acquisition of a site for 35 units in Birr, Offaly.
Acquisition of multiple sites with planning permission and commencement of construction.
- Baltinglass – 89 units with additional land for a further 25 units.
- Moate – 35 units with with additional land for 40 units.
- Cobh, Cork – 15 units.
- Construction has started on 150 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes in Tullamore, Co Offaly.
- Land acquired for 150 homes in Co. Cavan.
We had multiple residential acquisitions & renovations in Dublin 2, Dublin 7, Castleknock and Blackrock.
Acquisition of Homescape Holdings www.homescape.ie, Ireland's largest fire door distributor, based in Rathcoole.
Acquisition of additional land in Birr for a further 40 units.
The completion and continued development of numerous projects throughout the country.
-Cashel Rd- 9 units. Commercial to residential conversion-completed.
-Cobh, Cork. Development has started on 16 units.
- Housing Minister James Browne turns sod on Fort View, Cavan.
- Cavan development extended - planning for 1,300 homes.
- Construction starts at Burkes Hill Park in Birr
- Head-office moves to Saggart.
- Baltinglass – 89 units with additional land for a further 25 units.
- Moate – 35 units with with additional land for 40 units.
- Cobh, Cork – 16 units.
- Fitzpatrick & Heavey Homes acquires Eurometals
