Project Managers

“Experienced leaders with a passion for precision and delivery.”
We are looking for Project Managers to oversee large-scale residential
developments from initial planning through to completion. Ideal candidates will have
a strong track record in project delivery, people management and contractor
coordination.

Contract Managers

“Detail-oriented professionals who can keep complex builds moving on time and on
budget.”
Contract Managers will be responsible for negotiating terms, managing
subcontractor agreements, and ensuring the smooth delivery of each build in
accordance with regulations and quality standards.

Site Engineers

“Critical thinkers with a strong technical understanding of modern residential
construction.”
Site Engineers will play a vital role in supporting site operations, ensuring drawings
and designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Setting-Out Engineers

“Meticulous professionals who lay the groundwork for every successful build.”
Setting-Out Engineers are essential to ensuring construction begins with accuracy.
You’ll work with advanced surveying tools to transfer plans from paper to site,
ensuring compliance and alignment.

Site Foremen

“Experienced site leaders who ensure the team works safely, efficiently and to a high
standard.”
Our Site Foremen oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites,
motivating teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring delivery timelines are
met.

Real Estate Finance Professionals

“Sharp financial minds who can support strategic growth through informed analysis
and planning.”
We’re looking for finance professionals experienced in residential development or
real estate, with a keen understanding of cost planning, funding structures, and
development feasibility.

Land Acquisition Managers

“Strategic thinkers who can identify and unlock opportunities for growth.”
As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will help drive our pipeline by sourcing and
assessing new residential development sites, liaising with stakeholders, and
supporting the land purchase process.
