Project: Design and fit-out of three-storey office building

Description: Cashel Business Centre is a three-storey office building which was constructed in two blocks, with the ground floor and first floor interconnected. The property is approximately 28,384 sq. ft (2,637 sq. m) and includes a car park with space for 50 cars.

Process: Fitzpatrick & Heavey has been contracted to carry out the following work:

• Specialist fireproofing services for the entire building, involving upgrade of all steel work, fireproofing with intumescent paint and certification.
• Design and fit-out of 12,000 sq. ft which is currently shell and core.
• An on-going service contract for all repair works at the site, with a 24 hour response time.

Completion: Work on this project will commence in February 2018.
