Project: Complete renovation and redesign of a 850 sq. ft detached house

Description: Around eight years ago, this house was converted into two one bedroom apartments. Because of the current demands for homes of the highest quality for young professionals and families, we decided to convert this property into a two bedroom house.

Process: We stripped out all internal fixtures, fittings, and partition walls. 80mm of insulated slab was fitted on all external walls in order to increase the Building Energy Rating, and insulation in the attic was increased. We installed an upgraded heating system, re-plastered all walls, fitted a new bathroom, a new kitchen and added a landscaped garden.
