Project: Thorough upgrade and general maintenance of a 27,000 sq. ft property located in the busy town centre, fit-out of 3,000 sq. ft basement, which is currently shell and core.

Process: The project will include:

• Specialist fireproofing at basement level
• Designing and building a beauty salon and showroom (currently shell and core)
• Interior design consultancy
• An on-going maintenance and service contract

Completion: This project is due to commence in March 2018.
