This mid-terrace home, located in the heart of Lucan Village, was in need of extensive refurbishment throughout. What was a two bedroom, 737 sq. ft house is now extended into a three bedroom 1100 sq. ft home.

Process: We stripped all internal fixtures, fittings, and partition walls. The internal walls were insulated with warm board to increase the BER. Downstairs, the kitchen was extended, while a master bedroom was added upstairs, directly above the kitchen. We implemented solutions to increase the energy rating significantly and make this 1860 property as energy efficient as possible. Renovation work included upgrading the heating system and fitting a new gas boiler with a multi-room control panel. All walls were insulated, and re-plastered, and solar panels were installed. We installed a new, modern bathroom with high spec tiling and sanitary ware, and a new kitchen overlooking the landscaped back garden, which comes complete with all modern conveniences.
